The <br />cost is approximately 18 million using the prices provided by Mr. <br />Flick. They have not included any condemnation costs. <br />Chairman Eggert asking about the possibility of needing any <br />more land for drainage in any of these configurations because of <br />the 25 year storm requirement, but Mr. Halback advised that it <br />may be possible through the final design to work out surface <br />retention on the properties shown. <br />Mr. Halback stressed that in Concept J you have a willing <br />seller, and this is one of the lower cost scenarios they are <br />proposing today. <br />Commissioner Bird asked how much parking is available <br />17 <br />
