AUG <br />14 <br />eonr <br />Keating felt it <br />is the*Jungle Trail Management Plan and <br />our <br />Scenic and Historic Roads Ordinance. <br />Commissioner Bowman wished to know why staff memo says <br />access would be "restricted." Why not•.say it would be <br />"prohibited," and Director Keating explained that they are <br />looking at the possibility of a need for a means of emergency <br />access. <br />Discussion continued regarding access, and -Attorney Vitunac <br />informed the Board that this comes under Fla. Statute 336 which <br />says the Board of County Commissioners controls access to county <br />roads. <br />Commissioner Bowman then brought up the question of buffer - <br />Ing, and Director Keating explained that will come in when we <br />discuss the PRD next week, and with all PRDs a minimum of 25' <br />perimeter buffer is required. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard. There were <br />none, and she declared the public hearing closed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 90-14 rezoning the subject property from <br />A-1 to RM -6 as requested by Larry and Dorothy Reeves. <br />37 <br />
