Seven (7) vendors <br />submitted proposals for the commodity. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff has reviewed the submittal to ascertain adherence to specifications. <br />Florida Equipment was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that <br />met all requirements. <br />FUNDING: <br />Monies for this project will care frau Budget Landfill Funds Heavy <br />:Equipment -Wheel Tract. You have at this <br />time one workers' compensation injury that has exceeded one and one <br />half years ofcompensation from a fall. Any safety equipment that <br />can eliminate or reduce this .type of accident is encouraged by our <br />office. "Cat walks" are necessary for safe ingress and egress and <br />for maintenance inspections.
