He explained how the impact fees work and <br />stressed that there is no subsidization of water, sewer or solid <br />waste disposal. He stated that there is <br />nothing in this budget reflecting any increase of 420 or anything <br />of that magnitude. The funding for the annual adjustment is at a <br />rate of 4.50, which is applicable to all employees. <br />Mr. Simeone noted that he read that Attorney Vitunac's <br />salary is going up $5,000, Asst. County Attorney O'Brien's is <br />going up $14,000, and Traffic Engineer Michael Dudeck's is going <br />up $8,000 or 250. <br />Administrator Chandler explained that there are two mech- <br />anisms for increases.
