The language on Page 69 <br />sets out special criteria for PD in an AG district to ensure the <br />development is clustered. <br />Board members had various questions about the date you go <br />back to for a one-time split; building on 1 acre lots in 40 acre <br />tracts that are at a 1/5 density and the amount of area that must <br />be kept open, etc., and Director Keating emphasized that the <br />whole objective here is to do clustering to prevent urban sprawl. <br />Commissioner Bird vehemently opposed this because he <br />F <br />believed we are eliminating 'a lifestyle that is a very important <br />part of this county. <br />Attorney Collins referred to (h) on Page 11, which is as <br />follows: <br />SEP 111990 27�C4,�.�` <br />
