There being none, she closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 90-17, establishing Chapter 100 - General <br />i <br />Provisions of the Code of Indian River County; <br />providing repeal; providing severability; and providing <br />an effective date. <br />ORDINANCE 90-� <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 100 - <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE CODE OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY; PROVIDING REPEAL; PROVIDING <br />SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that: <br />SECTION 1. <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE CODE. <br />Chapter 100 - General Provision of Title I - <br />The Code, County Organization and Internal Procedures as set <br />forth in Attachment A to this ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2. <br />REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the Indian River County Code <br />(1974 edition) superseded or in conflict with the provisions <br />herein adopted, in particular Chapter 1, are hereby <br />repealed. <br />28 <br />I <br />
