There being <br />none, she closed the- Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 90-21, establishing Chapter 104 - Personnel; <br />ro <br />providing for repeal; providing severability; and <br />providing an effective date. <br />ORDINANCE 90--24 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 104 - <br />PERSONNEL; PROVIDING REPEAL; PROVIDING <br />SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that: <br />SECTION 1. <br />PERSONNEL. <br />Chapter 104 - Personnel of Title I as set forth in <br />Attachment A to this ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2. <br />REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the Indian River County Code <br />(1974 edition) superseded or in conflict with the provisions <br />herein adopted, in particular Chapter 1, are hereby <br />repealed. <br />50 <br />
