The County Surveyor has completed a maintenance map showing what <br />area the county has maintained and intends to claim as right-of-way <br />for preparation to pave 10th Court SW. The map as presented meets <br />the requirements for filing under Florida Statutes when properly <br />executed. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative No. 1 - Proceed to not file a maintenance map and <br />continue to seek donation of one remaining parcel needed for right- <br />of-way. Staff has been unsuccessful in acquiring the remaining <br />parcel. <br />Alternative No. 2 - Approve and file the maintenance map as <br />prepared. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends AItervative No. 2, f 111 ng the maintenance map for <br />.10th Court SW and that the Chairman be authorized to execute the <br />'original map.
