-SEP 2 5 1990 <br />ROOK 81 <br />engineering and land surveying services in relation to the Phase <br />III Miscellaneous Intersection Improvement Project referred to as <br />"the CONTRACT". The COUNTY and the ENGINEER have decided to make <br />certain modifications to the CONTRACT. i <br />I. SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS, PARAGRAPH B, is modified to <br />add the following: <br />Additionally extend this portion of the project 700 <br />feet to the west to connect with the improvements to the west. <br />II SECTION V - COMPENSATION is modified by increasing the <br />Lump Sum Fee $1.,040.00 to $78,798.50 in consideration of the <br />increase in the project limits discussed immediately above in <br />this Second Amendment. <br />III.
