SEP 2 5 1990 <br />LOOK 81 PgUF 519 <br />RESOLUTION 90--153 <br />PUBLIC HEARING , <br />NOTICE <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at <br />9:05 AM on Tuesday, October 23, 1990 in the Commission Chambers <br />located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida to discuss the <br />advisability,•cost an& the amount of the assessments against each <br />property for paving and drainage improvements, to: <br />1) 42nd Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street <br />2) 42nd Avenue from 10th Street to 12th Street <br />3) 44th Avenue from 16th Street to Pinewood Subdivision <br />4) 13th Avenue from 12th Street to 14th Street <br />5) 2nd Street from 23rd Avenue to 24th Avenue <br />-PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public hearing, <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all interested <br />persons regarding the proposed assessments contained in the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for the improvements described <br />above. The preliminary assessment rolls are currently on file <br />with the Clerk to the Board. <br />N <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the <br />Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, <br />he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such <br />purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. <br />NOW'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing <br />recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Scurlock and; upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Richard N.
