TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT (MYRTLE SMITH) <br />The Board reviewed memo from Capital Projects Engineer <br />McCain, as follows: <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 12, 1990 <br />TO: JAMES E. CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR , <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINT <br />DIRECTOR OF UTIL SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND MYRTLE M. SMITH <br />TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br />PREPARED AND STAFFED BY: WILLI McCAIN <br />CAPIT S <br />ENGINEER <br />DEPEF Y <br />SERVICES <br />BACKGROUND <br />Myrtle M. Smith has requested that temporary service be installed <br />from the water line on 43rd Avenue to service her property at 4280 <br />48th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32967, prior to the installation of <br />a water main on 48th Street. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services (IRCDUS) shall provide temporary water service to <br />Ms. Smith until such time that a water line is constructed on 48th <br />Street by assessment. Ms. Smith agrees to pay all fees required to <br />make this connection. She further agrees to participate in any <br />future assessment. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Ms. Myrtle <br />M. Smith on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner -Scurlock, SECONDED by,Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Expedited Temporary Water Service Agreement with <br />Myrtle M.
