FUNDING: <br />Monies for this project will come from Budget Road & Bridge Accounts <br />for pipe and culvert. Funds available $60,000.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Award of an Open End Contract to Southern <br />Culvert, with an estimated value of $15,000 per year.
