Main Library - (Correction of Change Order #5) <br />The Board reviewed memo from Superintendent Lynn Williams: <br />TO: Jim Chandler DATE: October 19, 1990 FILE: <br />County Administrator <br />THRU: Sonny Dean, Dir. <br />General Services <br />SUBJECT: CHANGE ORDER #5 - <br />I.R.C. MAIN LIBRARY <br />CFO�_Ljp�iilliams, Supt. REFERENCES: <br />Idings & Grounds <br />Change Order #5 for the Indian River County Main Library was approved at <br />the regular Board of County Commissioners meeting of September 18, 1990. <br />Included in the proposal requests covered by this Change Order was P.R. <br />#14. The amount of PR #14 was incorrectly listed as $3,202. The correct <br />amount should have been $3,302. <br />This will change the total of Change Order #5 to $12,546. <br />Staff requests this change be authorized. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, Commissioner Bird being absent, the <br />Board unanimously (4-0) authorized the correction of <br />Change Order #5 as described above. <br />CORRECTED CHANGE ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE <br />BOARD. <br />FEC REQUEST FOR RESCINDING OF WHISTLE BAN <br />Administrator Chandler reviewed the following, stressing that <br />staff does not see a need to modify our ordinance: <br />24 <br />
