Keat' g, A <br />Community Devel pmen Director <br />FROM: Cheri Boudreaux <br />Senior Planner, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: October 30, 1990 <br />RE: TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED PLANNING GRANT CONTRACT <br />EXECUTION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of November 6, 1990. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On August 23, 1990, the Local Coordinating Board discussed and <br />recommended that the Board of County Commissioners, acting as the <br />Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA) for transportation <br />disadvantaged matters, authorize the staff to submit a <br />transportation disadvantaged planning grant application. <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the Planning Grant <br />application on August 28, 1990. The approved grant application was <br />subsequently transmitted to the State Transportation Disadvantaged <br />Cbmmission (TDC) for their approval. A copy of the approved agrant <br />application is attached hereto for reference. <br />14 <br />
