Surrounding Land Use and Zoning: <br />North: RS-6/1st Street S.W. and canal <br />South: RS-6/Single Family Residences <br />East: RS-6/Single Family Residences <br />West: RS-6/Single Family Residences <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />81 P,1GE <br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant special exception approval with the <br />condition: <br />1. that 8' opaque vegetative buffering be provided along the west <br />project boundary and that similar buffering and adequate fence <br />repair/replacement shall be provided along the southeast <br />corner of the project perimeter. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter.
