Assistant County Attorney Terry O'Brien advised that the <br />owners have asked to speak to the Board on this matter. <br />Mary Williams, owner of the subject property, stated that <br />they are requesting at least $20,000 for their property because <br />they get $250 in rent now; however, they don't have a lease on <br />it. the does have rent receipts, but did not bring them today. <br />..Attorney,O�Brjen said that assuming the $250 rent could be <br />proven, it would move the appraisal up to $22,500, which puts it <br />pretty close to the $20,000 the owners have requested for the <br />property. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />$20,000 for the purchase of the property, contingent <br />upon proof of rental at $250 per month. <br />STIPULATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />REGULATING THE DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 10/30/90: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Terrence P.
