ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />a one-year extension of the conditionally approved site <br />plan for a warehouse and trades buildings in Interstate <br />Commercial Park Subdivision, with a new expiration date <br />of October 12, 1991, as recommended by staff. <br />E. On October <br />24, 1996, bids were received with Four (4) vendors submitting pro- <br />posals for the commodity. <br />ANALYSIS: y <br />Staff has reviewed the submittal to ascertain adherence to speci- <br />fications. National Ambulance was the low bidder that met all <br />requirements. <br />FUNDING: <br />Monies for this projeq will cone from Advanced Life Support Account <br />Automotive, which has a budget of $98,000.00. _ <br />ON: <br />Staff recommends the Award of the Bid for $98,294.00, with a potential <br />discount of $1,328.00 ($644.00 Each) is noted if payment is made <br />within Three (3) days.
