<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted
<br />special exception approval to FP&L for a radio
<br />transmission tower with the condition set out in the
<br />above staff recommendation, plus the added condition
<br />that space on the tower be made available to others if
<br />economically feasible and technically possible.
