DECFF-- I <br />111990 BOOK 8.2, NGL 221 <br />looked at circumstances having been changed substantially and <br />this being a change that actually would bring us more in <br />conformity with the Comp Plan's objectives in that it is reducing <br />the overall allocation of commercial property that we have in <br />this county and also serving to consolidate for an overall <br />residential development. Given the fact that we feel it meets <br />the criteria of Policy 13.3 is consistent with the overall <br />policies of the Comp Plan, and has met the concurrency <br />requirements, staff is recommending approval of the transmittal <br />of the land use request and that the Board consider the rezoning <br />at the time of the final action. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the transmittal of the Windsor Polo's request to <br />amend the land use map from C/I, Commercial Industrial <br />Node, to L-2, Low Density Residential, to the <br />Department of Community Affairs for their review, and <br />announced their intention to hold a final public <br />hearing concerning this matter, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />102 <br />
