REQUEST TO AMEND THE BOUNDARY OF THE <br />URBAN SERVICE AREA WEST OF I-95 AND SOUTH OF S.R. 60 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of,County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of December 11, 1990. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Diamond Wedge, Inc. has submitted a request to amend the boundary <br />of the Urban Service Area west of I-95, south of State Road 60, and <br />north of 4th Street, as depicted on attachment 4, to be consistent <br />with the Utility Service areas as delineated in Figure 3.A.10 (2010 <br />Wastewater Service Areas) of the Sanitary Sewer Sub -Element and <br />Figure 3.B.9 (2010 Potable Water Service Areas) of the Potable <br />Water Sub -Element of the comprehensive plan. This amendment will <br />correct an oversight in the approved comprehensive plan. A portion <br />of this area is also addressed by the remedial actions <br />comprehensive plan amendment: that amendment includes a land use <br />designation change and urban service area expansion for a part of <br />the area involved in the subject request. <br />On the adopted Future Land Use Map, the area west of I-95, east of <br />104th Avenue, between State Road 60 and 4th Street has the <br />following land use designations; Commercial/Industrial node, M-1, <br />Medium -Density Residential (up to 8 units/acre), and AG, <br />Agriculture (up to 1 unit/5 acres). <br />g99a,,, <br />DEC 11 69 800 b F"1uCL'J0 <br />
