after going through the required selection process, we are <br />probably looking at having both on board in March. <br />Clerk Barton noted that he had written a letter some time <br />ago urging that we do proceed with these RFPs because no matter <br />where we build the facility, we will need these services. He <br />received no response nor did the Chief Judge when he wrote. <br />Administrator Chandler advised that he did have such a <br />letter from the Chief Judge but not from the Clerk. He has <br />responded to the Chief Judge, and he reiterated his feeling that <br />it would have been an exercise in futility to get these profes- <br />sionals on board until site and concept decisions had been made. <br />Clerk Barton was happy to hear that a timetable of 3 months <br />was anticipated in obtaining these services. <br />Commissioner Wheeler advised that we have expanded the <br />Selection Committee to include both Clerk Barton and the Judge. <br />Clerk Barton stressed the bad conditions at the Courthouse <br />and the adverse comments we are getting about it from both the <br />Judiciary and the public and urged the Board to keep moving <br />forward. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION on the Motion <br />to adopt the Construction Management approach. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />REZONING TO A-1 (SOUTH SIDE 65TH ST. - BELLSOUTH MOBILITY TOWER) <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />55 <br />
