LANG . <br />AND STAFFED ENVIRONMENTAL PE ALIST <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SER CES <br />SUBJECT: INTERDEPARTMENTAL VEHICLE TRANSFER <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Department of Utility Services, in its Rockridge project, <br />purchased two large generators. The sewer group this year will <br />receive a 26 -foot trailer to move the tractor and implements. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Fleet Management has a 1970 Ford F700 truck, Fleet No. 3 with a lift <br />gate that is being surplused. The vehicle has 56,400 original miles <br />and would serve as an excellent tow vehicle for the Department of <br />Utility Services. <br />RECONIlKENDATION - <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners authorize the transfer of Asset No. 1579 from <br />Fleet Management to the Department of Utility Services. __ <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />transfer of the above described vehicle, Asset No. 1579, <br />from Fleet Management to the Department of Utility <br />Services. <br />REVISIONS TO COUNTY WATER & WASTEWATER UTILITY STANDARDS <br />The Board reviewed memo from Utilities Director Pinto: <br />C 1 1990 " �? °I <br />NUC (�� F't CE a a <br />
