ORDINANCE NO. 91- 1 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RS -3, <br />SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO A-1, AGRICULTURAL <br />DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF 58TH <br />AVENUE (C.R. 613) AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF 75TH STREET, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning .request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 30 acres of Tract 6 less the South 3.75 acres of the <br />West 10 acres thereof; <br />All of Tract -7; <br />The West one-half of- Tract 8 and the South one-half of the <br />East one-half of Tract 8 less rights of way for Kings Highway;, <br />All the above in Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East <br />together with a non-exclusive easement of ingress and egress <br />over the following property: <br />The West 25 feet of the East 28.3 acres of Tract 3, in Section <br />5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East. All the above according <br />to the last general Plat of Lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25; said <br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. _I <br />Be changed from RS -3, Single -Family Residential District to A-1, <br />Agricultural District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Regulations. <br />ef <br />Z BOOK `j <br />JAN <br />
