The certificate was necessary in order to comply with <br />rules of- the Florida Department 'of Health and Rehabilitative <br />Services for the Indian River Memorial Hospital to provide an EMS <br />service limited to interfacility advanced life sunoort and non- <br />emergency transport. <br />The certificate was for a period of" two years pursuant to the <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances, specifically <br />Chapter 6.50. • The certificate will expire in Janua <br />the renewal process should be accomplished this month' 1991, and <br />14 <br />
