MOTION <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Eggert, that the Board deny the permit <br />to place a private water well in county right-of-way <br />today, but have Administrator Chandler come back to the <br />Board at an appropriate time with some general policy <br />in this area. <br />Under discussion, Attorney Vitunac advised that there are <br />several ways this could be -handled and they will be discussing <br />that in the staff meeting. <br />Mr. St. Pierre stated that he would sign an affidavit saying <br />that he would take full responsibility to fix the well in the <br />event the County did any damage to the well in the right-of-way. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
