<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at 9:05 AM on
<br />Tuesday, January 29, 1991 in the Commission
<br />Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida to discuss the advisability, cost
<br />and the amount of the assessments against
<br />each property for paving and drainage Improve-
<br />ments. to:
<br />1) Frangipani Drive from C.R. 510 to
<br />2) nolle Drive
<br />2) 39th Avenue from 6th Street to 8th
<br />Street
<br />3) tat Place from 27th Avenue to 24th
<br />Avenue
<br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the
<br />same public hearing, the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners shall also hear all Interested persons
<br />regarding the proposed assessments contained
<br />In the preliminary assessment rolls for the im-
<br />provements described above. The preliminary
<br />assessment rolls are currently on file with the
<br />Clerk to the Board.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made by the Commission with respect to arty
<br />matter considered at this hearing, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and that, for such
<br />Purpose. he may need to ensure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings Is made, which record
<br />Includes the testimony and evidence upon which
<br />the appeal is to be based.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
<br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the forego -
<br />Ing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their an-
<br />tirety6e foregoing resolution was offered by Corrt-�
<br />missloner Bird who moved Its adoption. The mo-
<br />tlon was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler
<br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
<br />follows:

<br />Michelle Gentile, C.E.T., reviewed the following memo, noting
<br />that the Public Engineering Division has received petitions and/or
<br />developer has escrowed monies for the paving of these three roads,
<br />Frangipani Drive, 39th Avenue and First Place. On December 18,
<br />1990, the Board adopted resolutions to bring these roads before the
<br />Board again for public hearing on this date.
