RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO MILNE AND NICHOLLS INC <br />The Board reviewed the following memo from Director Baird: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 24, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO MILNE AND <br />NICHOLLS, INC. <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Main County Library is substantially complete and the contractor, Milne <br />and Nicholls, Inc., is requesting .in payment 14 a partial: release of retainage <br />(which is approximately half of the 10%). The architect, construction manager <br />and staff concur with the request. In addition, we would like permission to <br />release the remaining retainage, at a later date, upon final completion of the <br />project with the approval of the architect, construction manager and County <br />Administrator. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Board of County Commissioners approve staff's recommendation. <br />24 <br />
