JAR 03 11` 1 <br />BOOK 82 mUE 554 <br />Commissioner Bowman placed the name of Joan Shearer in <br />nomination, noting that she would like to see a. balance on this <br />Board because she felt it presently is strongly geared toward <br />agriculture. <br />Commissioner Eggert placed the name of Anthony Donadio'in <br />nomination, noting that he participated in the Comp Plan and LDR <br />workshops and she felt this was a good indication of his interest <br />and knowledge. <br />Commissioner Wheeler had no nomination, nor did Chairman Bird, <br />and both indicated they felt all three named were excellent <br />candidates. <br />Chairman Bird stated that he would call for a vote on the <br />candidates in the order named, the first being Monte Falls. <br />Chairman Bird and Commissioners Scurlock and Wheeler voted in <br />favor of appointing Monte Falls to the P&Z and upon hearing their <br />vote, Commissioners Eggert and Bowman decided to make it unanimous. <br />Discussion followed regarding the fact that Mr. Falls will be <br />resigning from the Code Enforcement Board and we will have to find <br />someone to fill the slot he was filling on that Board, which is a <br />technically -oriented Board. <br />After further discussion, the Chairman, with. the <br />unanimous agreement of the Board, accepted the resignation of Monte <br />Falls from the Code Enforcement Board; appointed him to the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission to fill the vacancy left by John <br />Brenner; and agreed to advertise to fill the vacancy on the Code <br />Enforcement Board created by the resignation of Mr. Falls. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 10:55 o'clock A.
