Anthony J. Donadio - designs luxury single family <br />houses - no conflict of interest unless economy would <br />force him to take multiple family or commercial. <br />2. Monte K. Falls - no conflict of interest except willing <br />to resign Code Enforcement Board for P&Z. His term is <br />up March, 1991 anyway. <br />3. Keith A. Pelan - only one conflict in three years. <br />Most Urban Resource work St. Lucie and Martin County <br />but trying to get more work in Indian River County so <br />potential for conflict of interest there. <br />4. Bud Kleckner - spokesman for Conservation Committee and <br />other environmental groups. <br />Those who did not participate in our Comp Plan and LDR workshops: <br />1. Valerie Brant - Gifford/Teacher - no conflict. <br />2. Joan B. Schearer - Teacher - no conflict. <br />3. Don Minnich - Architect for Darrell McQueen and others <br />- conflict of interest. <br />4. Steven Lulich - Attorney - has appeared once before <br />P&Z; also negotiated with staff on library land. <br />5. Damien Gilliams - Realtor - no conflict. <br />6. Robert M. Berg - Contractor in Broward County/Retired. <br />Chairman Bird asked for nominations to replace John Brenner. <br />Commissioner Scurlock placed the name of Monte Falls in <br />nomination, noting that while he was the one who raised the <br />original question about possible conflicts of interest, Mr. Falls <br />is an engineer and does have a technical background but he is now <br />working for the City and not out in the private sector. <br />41 <br />JAN 29 1991 BOOK 8 .
