LEASE BACK OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG 66"" AVENUE, 4560 67T" <br />AVENUE, VERO BEACH <br />Vice Chairman Solari wondered why liability insurance for the tenants had not been <br />required in the lease back agreement. <br />Attorney Polackwich conveyed that because the property was not vacant land, neither he, <br />nor Risk Management staff, had viewed the insurance as necessary. IIe assured the <br />Commissioners that if they wished to add the insurance, staff had no problem in doing so. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board, with the condition that <br />the tenants provide liability insurance, unanimously <br />approved and authorized the Chairmanto execute the <br />Lease Agreement with Randy and Linda Kurpil. <br />9.
