r,-7 <br />Hl <br />rJ ? m <br />�OoK Fa.'A 65S <br />Director Wright informed the Board that certain items were <br />conveyed to us by IRCVAS and Staff would like permission to return <br />them. <br />The Board so directed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to execute said Lease <br />Cancellation as recommended by Staff and also <br />agreed to convey its support to the City of <br />Vero Beach in regard to leasing this property <br />to IRCVAS. <br />LEASE CANCELLATION - <br />THIS LEASE CANCELLATION, made this 12th day <br />February1991, by .and between <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of <br />the State of Florida,_ 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter "COUNTY," <br />and the <br />CITY OF VERO BEACH, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of Florida, City Hall, Vero Beach, FL 32960, <br />hereinafter "CITY," <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />of <br />WHEREAS, on November 22, 1989, the CITY and COUNTY <br />entered into a lease of certain property for use by the <br />COUNTY In providing ambulance service, which lease and legal <br />description of the property are attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"All; and, <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY no longer needs this property, since <br />the ambulance personnel and equipment used by the COUNTY <br />will be transferred to the beach fire station effective <br />March 1, 1991, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br />covenants and agreements contained herein and other <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />COUNTY and CITY agree as follows: <br />A <br />34 <br />
