� � r <br />WHEREAS, all similar references in F.S. 7.31 and <br />F.S. 7.05 dealing with a common boundary between Indian <br />River and Brevard Counties utilizes the language "thread", <br />meaning the midpoint of the deepest channel in the river, <br />i.e., that line along which water would flow if the river <br />were drained to Its lowest point; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the Legislature of the State of Florida amend Florida <br />Statute 7.31, the legal description of the boundaries of <br />Indian River County, to delete the inconsistent reference to <br />"medial line" and replace it with a reference to "thread"; <br />by means of passage of -the General Law attached as Exhibit <br />"A" hereto. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved by Commissioner <br />Eggert _ and seconded by Commissioner <br />_�rinck and upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
