Commissioner Scurlock wished to know what percentage is in <br />favor of the project now. <br />Director Davis stated that it is the same as originally, or <br />about 85% at this point in time. Staff will proceed with getting <br />a price for the land needed for the additional right of way and <br />hope that it will be less than the preliminary estimate. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 22 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH IST PLACE <br />BETWEEN 27TH AVENUE AND 24TH AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-188 adopted December 18, <br />1990, determined to make special assessments against certain <br />properties to be serviced by paving and drainage improvements at <br />1st Place between 27th Avenue and 24th Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />F.S.11-44, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County ,passed Resolution No. 90-185 on December 18, 1990, <br />which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br />owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />31 <br />
