Fr_ <br />nh Poor2 F'1, E 771 <br />.d r <br />complaints as. to said project and said special assessments, and <br />for the Board to act as required by F.S.11-47, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on January <br />8, 1991, and January 22, 1991, (twice one week,apart and the last <br />being at least one week prior to the hearing) as required by <br />F.S.11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices <br />on December 26, 1990, (at least ten days prior to the hearing) as <br />required by F.S.11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County on Tuesday, January 29, 1991 at 9:05 A.M. conducted <br />the public hearing which was continued on February 26, 1991 for <br />1st Place between 27th Avenue and 24th Avenue with regard to the <br />special assessments; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The special assessments shown on. the attached <br />assessment roll are hereby confirmed and approved, and shall <br />remain legal, valid, and binding -first liens against the <br />properties assessed until paid in full. <br />2. That the County will record the special assessments <br />and this resolution, which describes the properties assessed and <br />the amounts of the special assessments, on the public records <br />which shall constitute prima facie evidence of the validity of <br />the special assessments. <br />32 <br />
