INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />TREASURE SHORES PARK <br />PROJECT NO. 8922 <br />AMENDMENT NO 1 TO WORK ORDER NO 1, DATED AUGUST 14, 1990, TO <br />THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL/PLANNING MASTER AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN BRAD SMITH ASSOCIATES, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />GENERAL <br />This is an amendment to the existing Work Order No 1 <br />(AGREEMENT) dated August 14, 1990 between Brad Smith Associates, <br />Inc. (CONSULTANT) and Indian River County (COUNTY). <br />The CONSULTANT agrees to perform the professional services <br />and specific. tasks described below pursuant to the items and <br />conditions of the AGREEMENT. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />It is agreed and understood that the Scope of Services <br />described herein is limited in nature, and is based on Clients <br />description .of needs as follows: <br />A. Delete the proposed hammock campground and village rentals <br />on the. west side of AIA. <br />B. Delete the seaside campsites. <br />C. Delete the sand volleyball courts on the beach. <br />D. Eliminate the proposed north/south driveway on the past side <br />of AlA'which has no parking abutting. <br />TASK 1: CONCEPT PLAN <br />Prepare one Concept Plan for the Client's review. This plan <br />shall highlight the Client's objectives within the framework of <br />the existing site conditions, local county and state ordinances. <br />This concept plan will illustrate the general locations and <br />relationships between various land uses, passive and active space <br />areas, and the pedestrian and vehicular circulation systems. <br />Present the Concept Plan to the Client for review and <br />comment. Incorporate the Client's review comments into the <br />Concept Plan. <br />Modify the Land Management Plan verbiage as required to <br />incorporate the above revisions to the Master Plan. <br />TASK 2: COLOR RENDERING <br />Upon the Client's. approval of the Concept Plan, 'the <br />CONSULTANT shall prepare .an illustrative color rendering the <br />approved plan, which will become the revised Master Plan. <br />Graphic techniques used will be similar to those utilized on the <br />original Master Plan.
