F,A j E 783 <br />The CONSULTANT shall complete work on Tasks 1 and 2 within <br />24 calendar days of receiving written Notice to Proceed (assuming <br />Notice faxed March 51 1991, completion would be by March 29, <br />1991) <br />COMPENSATION <br />The Client agrees to pay the Landscape Architect for <br />professional services as follows: <br />A lump sum of Two Thousand, Four Hundred, Fifty Dollars <br />($2,450.00), according to the following schedule of <br />values: <br />60% Upon completion of Task 1 $1,470.00 <br />30% Upon completion of Task 2 $ 735.00 <br />10% Retainage $ 245.00 <br />. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br />Additional services may include, but not be limited to the <br />following items: <br />A. Making revisions in drawings or other documents when such <br />revisions are inconsistent with written approvals or <br />instructions previously given, and are due to causes beyond <br />the control of the CONSULTANT. <br />B. Changes in design concept and/or program elements subsequent <br />to receiving approvals at the preliminary design stage. <br />C. Preparation of the Consultant's Opinion of Probable <br />Construction Costs for the revised Master Plan. <br />D. Travel to Tallahassee to present the revised Master Plan to <br />the LMAC. (Hourly fee plus travel expenses) <br />The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth <br />herein. Those provisions included in Sections III, IV and V <br />relevant hereto and not amended hereby shall remain in full force <br />and effect, and are incorporated in the amended agreement.
