All release of liens have been submitted, along with the <br />required maintenance bond. (Attached copy.) We now wish to submit <br />the final pay request for Commission approval. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Attached are three copies of the final pay request for approval <br />signature. The original contract amount was $3,387,243.75; the <br />final amount after all change orders is $3,414,681.00. The final <br />pay draw is in the amount of $188,446.17. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve final payment to USA in the <br />amount of $188,446.17. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />approved final payment to Utility Systems of <br />America, Inc., in the amount of $188,446.17, <br />as recommended by Staff. <br />SAID DOCUMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Chairman Bird congratulated everyone involved on how smoothly <br />this project has gone. <br />47 <br />FEB 26 1991 <br />
