RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, the release of that thirty-eight (38) foot portion of
<br />the common ten (10) foot side lot utilities and drainage easements
<br />of Lots 3 & 11, Block B, Dixie Heights Subdivision Unit No. 1-A,
<br />being that northerly thirty-eight (38) feet of the easterly ten
<br />(10) foot easement and the northerly thirty-eight (38) feet of the
<br />westerly ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement of Lots 3 &
<br />11, Block B, Dixie Heights Subdivision Unit 1-A, Section 30,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 40 East, Plat Book 4, Page 85, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 91-27, abandoning certain easements in the
<br />Dixie Heights Subdivision Unit No. 1-A, Lots 3 and 11,
<br />Block B, to Gregory J. Jiruska and Denise J. Jiruska.

<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE DIXIE
<br />HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1-A, LOTS 3 & 11,
<br />BLOCK B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
<br />RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC
<br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described
<br />below, and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no
<br />public purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River
<br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
<br />whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida
