The first two parcels that were <br />acquired where we signed options were handled under that chapter. <br />As we got deeper into negotiations, we felt there was no need to <br />continue that process because it is beneficial in some respects <br />Chairman Bird felt it was rather unusual for the buyer to be <br />responsible for the the realtor consultation fee of 1/2 of one <br />percent of the purchase price payable at closing. Although it <br />only amounts to $650 in this case, he didn't want to see us gets <br />in the habit of doing this. <br />Administrator Chandler explained that on this one we felt <br />the overall price was fair and well within our budget.
