AR 12 1991 <br />BOOK 8, P,1GE 8 <br />At its regular meeting of September 24, 1987, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat .approval for the <br />subdivision. A land development permit was subsequently issued and <br />improvements were constructed. The owner, St. David's Island at <br />River Harbor, Inc., is now requesting final plat approval and has <br />submitted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. a copy of the project Certificate of Completion issued by the <br />Public'Works Department; <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The required improvements have been constructed by the developer. <br />The developer has effectively satisfied the requirements for final <br />plat approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final <br />I plat approval for the St. David's Island Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, Commissioner Wheeler being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) granted Final Plat Approval <br />for St. David's Island Subdivision (Phase I) as ' <br />recommended by staff. <br />I. Keck, to Board of County Commissioners <br />dated February 26, 1991 <br />DATE: March 1, 1991 FILE: forest.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Residents in Forest Park Subdivision have requested <br />permission to close a portion of the Forest Cay Street for <br />their annual block party.
