IS REQUEST FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION <br />USE APPROVAL FOR A TRANSMISSION TOWER <br />SP -MI -91-03-20 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of April 16, 1991. This item was originally scheduled for <br />consideration on the April 21 1991, agenda, but was deferred to <br />this April 16 meeting. <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND LOCATION: <br />BellSouth Mobility, Inc. has submitted a request for site plan and <br />special exception approval for a 350' transmission tower to be <br />located at 3955 65th Street (South Winter Beach Road), southwest of <br />the Solid Waste Transfer Station. The subject property is owned by <br />Indian River County with a small portion leased by BellSouth <br />Mobility, Inc. <br />28 <br />� � r <br />
