The County Utilities Department and the mm n ing Division <br />staff recommend that the Board of Countyo <br />elect <br />option "b", to establish a contiguous 0.29acre <br />effectiveconservation <br />fall <br />area on the site in the area covered by the <br />radius of the tower. Utilities: The project will not be served by public water or <br />wastewater services. Thoroughfare Plan: No additional right-of-way for 65th Street <br />is required from the subject property at this time. <br />15.
