Rison <br />Staff Planner, CurrenWet <br />lo ment <br />DATE: April 11, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR COLONIAL GARDENS, PHASE 1,` <br />SUBDIVISION <br />SD -90-08-11 <br />ori <br />It is requested that -the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of April 23, 1991. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Colonial Gardens, Phase 1, Subdivision is a proposed 31 lot <br />residential subdivision of a ±7.47 acre parcel of land located <br />north of 9th Street and one block west of Old Dixie Highway. The <br />subject property is zoned RM -6, Multiple Family Residential up to <br />6 units per acre and has an L-2, Low -Density Residential 2 (up to <br />6 units per acre) land use designation. The proposed density for <br />the project is 4.1 units per acre.,and all roads, drainage and <br />utilities easements and facilities are to be dedicated to the <br />County. <br />At its regular meeting of September 8, 1988, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for the <br />subdivision. A land development permit was subsequently issued and <br />improvements were constructed. The owner, Vero Building <br />Corporationfis now requesting final plat approval and has submitted <br />the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. a copy of the project Certificate of Completion issued by the <br />Public Works Department; <br />APR'2 3 1991, 3 <br />
