IRC Health Building - Bill of Sale of Utility_ Service to City <br />of Vero Beach <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/16/91: <br />DATE: APRIL 16, 1991 <br />TO: HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />THRU: JAMES E. CHANDLER - <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: H.T. "SONNY" DEAN, DIRECTOR <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVT6 <br />SUBJECT: WATER SERVICE FOR NEW INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH UNIT <br />BILL OF SALE TO CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />BACKGROUND: <br />A water service was constructed for the new Health Unit as per City <br />of Vero Beach specifications. In return they will maintain the <br />service. In order for them to perform this work, it will be <br />necessary for the City to have ownership of the components of this <br />service. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />A Bill of Sale,of Utility Facilities to the City <br />of Vero Beach has been prepared for signature. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS• <br />Staff recommends approval of this to the City and approval <br />for the Chairman to execute the legal document. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Bill of Sale of Utility Service to the City of <br />Vero Beach, as recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF BILL OF SALE IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />- c-3 <br />5 moK. 83 FACE IDD <br />APR 2 3 1991 <br />
