UW -89 -07 -WC <br />i <br />r+t• . se .. <br />'BACKGROUND <br />tOn June 5, 1990, the Indian River County Board of County <br />:Commissioners signed a contract with Inscho-Kirlin for the South. <br />:County Reverse <br />Osmosis Plant expansion. The first Change Order is a <br />reconciliation <br />for modification items during the first part of the <br />contract. Item descriptions are provided as Attachment "A" of the <br />Change Order; Attachment "B" is a Change order cost summary, with <br />;the remainder <br />of the package containing—pertinent back-up <br />.information. <br />ANALYSIS <br />On the attached <br />Change Order, you will see the original contract <br />price of $3,210,000.00. <br />The total change due to this Change Order <br />'is a credit <br />of $1,156.00; making the revised contract price <br />$3,208,844.00. <br />For details of the Change Order items and cost <br />summary, see Attachment <br />A and B. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the* <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the attached Change Order for <br />a net credit of $1,156.00 from Inscho-Kirlin. <br />94 <br />
