Some of these are already specified <br />to give the Commission the authority to declare these disasters, <br />but Emergency Services wanted to pull together certain parts of our <br />emergency plan to have these ordinances in place so if we do not <br />have a quorum of the Commission, should some of these events occur, <br />certain actions are authorized by this ordinance. <br />Chairman Bird noted, and Director Wright agreed, it does not <br />change the way our policy has been in the past. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
