MAY 7 1991 BOOK 83 FACE 41 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 91-17 designating the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners or, in his absence, <br />Vice Chairman or Board Designee, in this succession, <br />as the official with Authority to declare a state of <br />emergency, et cetera. <br />ORD 1 NANCE 91-17 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, OR IN HIS <br />ABSENCE, VICE-CHAIRMAN OR BOARD <br />DESIGNEE, IN THIS SUCCESSION, AS THE <br />OFFICIAL WITH AUTHORITY TO DECLARE A <br />STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE EVENT OF <br />NATURAL OR MANMADE.
