The <br />Board approved and executed Bernice Meyer's (Lots 12 >; 13, Block 44), Dave <br />r Whitfield s Bl <br />t 3 <br />(Lo, Block 44), and Janice Diggs' (Lot 10, <br />� 99 Block 45) Option <br />- I: ..K -'Agreements during its February 19, .1991 regular meeting. The Board <br />-- L._ -;approved and executed Ed Schlitt, Trustee's (Lots 1 E 2, Block 45), Ennis E <br />ay Proctors ( Lot 3.1, Block 45) , and Bernard and Norma Tedeson's ( Lot <br />Block 45) Option Agreements during its March 5, 1991 regular meeting. - <br />Board also approved and executed James and William Har'shbargar's ( Lots <br />E: 7, <br />4 8 5, Block 44) Option Agreement during the March 12, 1991 regular <br />...—meeting. Patricia • Langbehn-Nelson's (Lots 10 8 11, Block 44) Option <br />=' Agreement during the April 2, 1991 regular meeting, and Vero Limited <br />Partnership's (Lots 1, 2, 8 14, Block 44 and Lots 4, 5, 8 11, Block 45) <br />...—Purchase Contract during the April 16, 1991 regular meeting. The proposed <br />courthouse site consists of 15 parcels and 13 property owners. <br />CURRENT <br />Dr. Robert Moore, owner of the south 33 feet of Lot 3, Block 45, has signed <br />an . Option Agreement to 'sell his property for $199,800. This price . is <br />consistent with the acquisition budget. This property is being acquired <br />according to Chapter 73 F.S. and the Resolution of Condemnation. <br />Therefore, a notice and public hearing are not required. Staff is still <br />negotiating with the remaining three property owners for the last three <br />parcels. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board approve Dr. Moore's Option Agreement and <br />authorize the_ Board Chairman to execute the agreement and all other <br />necessary related documents. <br />Chairman Bird inquired whether the phrase "within budget" <br />refers to the budget based on the appraisalS of those particular <br />pieces. <br />Administrator Chandler clarified it is the budget as outlined, <br />including closing costs, relocations and contingencies.
