Watkins, as recipient. <br />• <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached <br />resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 91-51 appointing the Finance Director to <br />be -Responsible for Receipt of the Second Gas Tax <br />Funds. <br />76 <br />
