RESOLUTION NO. 91- 51 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />FLORIDA, APPOINTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO <br />BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIPT OF THE SECOND GAS <br />TAX FUNDS. <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Administration of Florida must comply with Article <br />XII, section 9(c)(5) of the Florida Constitution, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of Indian River County to receive funds <br />designated by the Second Gas Tax, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA in open meeting duly <br />assembled in the Indian River County Administration Building, Vero Beach, Florida, this <br />the 7th day of May A.D. 1991, as follows: <br />SECTION I: Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />names the Finance Director to notify the State Board of <br />Administration of Florida of any change in receipt of gas tax funds. <br />SECTION II: EFFECTIVE DATE: this resolution shall take effect <br />immediately upon its adoption. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowman , and motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner S c u r 1 o c k , and upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
